Refund policy

We understand that last minute things crop up so if you need to cancel your ticket, we offer a full refund up until 5 working days before the event. 

If you need to cancel less than 5 working days before the event, please contact us directly via email hello@theproductplace.co.uk so we can either offer you a 50% refund or alternative solution.  No refunds are offered 24 hours before the event.
